Devotion to one's guru

After reading this book, I realized my own lack of respect and devotion to my guru. Mani is truly a gem who stands out among all devotees. Thanks for sharing your experiences with Swami Surat Kumar. Your life inspired me to connect more sincerely with my guru. Thank You.

This book will give you answers to your questions. Questions about life situations. As you read the book one can also appreciate that once Yogi Ramsuratkumar takes your under his guidance, will protect you at levels you do not even realize. Blessed are those who read the relationship between the Yogi and Mani and what it took to build the ashram at Tiruvannamalai. This book is Gold. Do yourself a favor, read it.

No doubt, one of the BEST Yogi Ramsuratkumar books available

This book is magnificent. It transfers Yogi Ramsuratkumar's charm and blessings in a clear and abundant way, and gives in my opinion a true and intimate glimpse of the magnificent Yogi.
Mani met and became a devotee of Yogi Ramsuratkumar in Yogi's late and last years in His body. Before he met Him, Mani was a successful married businessman, which had no inclination for spirituality or gurus.
But after Yogi started drawing him closer and closer, Mani had a very intimate and close relationship with him. As I saw somewhere written jokingly on Mani, he was the "anointed bodyguard". That "job" was very much needed. During Yogi Ramsuratkumar's last years, when his popularity reached new heights and he needed to have some protection around him - in order to do his Work without interruptions, Mani came "just in time", and slowly got closer to Yogi, until he was totally His - cut his relationship with his former life as a successful-worldly-businessman, and dedicated himself 100% to Yogi, his service, and building his Ashram (in which he played a significant role).
In this book Mani details beautifully how Yogi attracted him little by little, of the many amazing and unbelievable miracles along the way (which are TRULY amazing!), how Yogi changed his way of thought, and finally made him all His. But I won't say much as I don't want to spoil too much of the beautiful story... :) Really, I'll give you the pleasure of discovering it by yourself.
I think it's safe to say that Mani was an almost perfect example of a true devotee - one that gives everything to his Guru, without questions or reservations. This makes Mani's book and story a great example of Guru Bhakti.
That's one of the (many) inspirational things about this book.
This is the story of a dedicated devotee, of a Perfect Master, written from the devotee's true experiences and mind (although he authored it with S. Lhaksam - which did a great job writing this book, but still, this is Mani's story).
So ofcourse, this is not just the story of Mani.
In this book we get to witness Yogi Ramsuratkumar's Omnipotence, Omnipresence and Omniscience. As Mani was a direct witness to many of the events proving this, and he himself being the "subject" of many of these miracles, they get a heavier weight which really amazes me every time I read the book (and I've read it several times already).
This book mainly details Mani's experiences and growth with Yogi Ramsuratkumar, but also touches other "subjects", including a brief history of Yogi Ramsuratkumar, His relationship with Lee Lozowick (one of His most prominent devotees), and many miscellaneous stories of Yogi's manner of teaching, mercy, and interactions with various devotees.
But still the book is mainly about Mani's life with Yogi Ramsuratkumar, and it is a beautiful story to read.
All in all, this is one of my favorite books on Yogi Ramsuratkumar, and maybe the first one I'd recommend in order to "get to know" Yogi Ramsuratkumar.
Other books that are available to buy online are generally much more physically larger than this one; this one is ~300 pages, which perhaps makes it abit more focused and easier to read than the other books (which are also very good, by the way).
So if you're considering buying this book,
I recommend it whole-heartily and I think you will find it very enjoyable and beneficial.
For the bottom line I'd like to repeat my opening statements;
In my opinion,
